Dear colleagues! The publishing house of the Kuban State Agrarian University has published a scientific monograph "Soil tests and calculations of the foundation base", prepared by the specialists of our company. The authors of the work are Lyashenko P.A., Denisenko V.V., Marinichev M.B. The purpose of this study was to find out the reasons for the phenomenon of an abrupt increase in the settlement of a soil sample at constant pressure and, accordingly, the cyclic change in the settlement velocity. At the same time, the task was to build a mathematical model of deformation based on experimental data for a more accurate prediction of the development of settlement of the foundations of buildings and structures on clayey soils
