Construction stages

The project is a modern complex of high-rise buildingsdesigned for the development in the central part of Irkutsk. The complexincludes a high-rise block section, as well as the stylobate which containingadministrative and common areas and car parking. This project involves thereconstruction of the whole quarter with the possibility of further developmentin neighboring sites in a similar architectural style.
